Referees for league games are USSF certified and contracted through the North Alabama Soccer Officials Association (NASOA). Per FIFA, the referee’s decision on points of fact connected with play shall be final, so far as the result of the game is concerned. Consult FIFA's Laws of the Game if you have any questions concerning the Laws.

The referee has the authority to cancel a game for:

· Improper field markings

· Unanchored goals

· Field conditions

· Weather

Referees and players should be present at the field before any decision on cancellation of the game can be made.
